Four Hands is where passion meets purpose and where your next chapter begins.</div>As a Sales Enablement Intern at Four Hands, you'll support key initiatives through project coordination and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers hands-on experience in sales strategy, operations, and execution.&nbsp;
This position is expected to start January 2027 and continue through the entire Spring 2027 term (through May 2027). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time and on-site.&nbsp;
In This Role&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Support sales initiatives through project and program management&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in managing customer visits by drafting detailed itineraries, scheduling showroom and warehouse tours, coordinating logistics such as catering orders and setup, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure a seamless and professional experience.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help identify required activities to successfully drive sales programs, ensuring appropriate task assignments are in place&nbsp;</li>
<li>Be open to changing priorities and adapt quickly to new information or requirements&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with Sales Management and Product Marketing team to align strategy, segmentation and go-to-market tactics with sales activities&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist building presentation materials for both internal teams and stakeholders&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure quality and timely submission of program deliverables&nbsp;</li>
<li>Regularly update team members or leaders about project progress, challenges, and changes&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handle proprietary information with care, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant policies and protocols&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist with Trade Show preparation, customer visits and organization of sales assets&nbsp;</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications&nbsp;</li>

The Ideal Person&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales, Communications, Marketing&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Familiarity with using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or other generative AI platforms&nbsp;</li>
