We work within the IC to understand their requirements, shape their concepts of operation, and deliver exquisite capability across their problem set. We aim to develop and deploy critically needed capabilities that address our customers' most pressing national security requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As part of the operations team, you will work to scale our footprint and run business operations for AIS. In this role, you will partner with teams from across the business, from our software and hardware teams to our Finance and G&amp;A teams to our core internal operations teams, to unpack ambiguous problems and build lasting, scalable solutions. Your work will vary from quick-turn operational fire-fighting, building and redesigning processes, to leading high-impact and specialized projects, all in the mission of growing one of our newest Business Units at Anduril. The role will have four primary responsibilities:
<ol>
<li>We're expanding our footprint globally. The Operations team is the glue across cross-functional teams at Anduril to execute our site expansions flawlessly and with speed. You will be responsible for ensuring each site is progressing, will serve as the key touchpoint across these teams, and burn down issues as they arise. This person wakes up every day thinking about our sites globally.</li>
<li>Standing up the operational processes for our Program Execution team. We work with the Program Execution team to ensure we are enabling world-class program managers to execute against contracts with ease, whether it's unlocking headcount, running analysis on our IRAD spend, to working with finance to ensure we're running profitable programs.</li>
<li>Serve as a key partner to the Revenue Operations teams. You will partner with Sales teams and Revenue Operations to monitor pipeline health and identify material changes to forecast and help drive the business planning processes for AIS.</li>
<li>Lead various special projects. We are frequently pulled into high priority problems that must be solved (e.g., spearhead the stand up of new functions, evolve internal processes, lead business cases for new investment opportunities)</li>
</ol>
Much of the time, these core responsibilities go hand-in-hand.
You will be critical to supporting all of these responsibilities. While the Intelligence Systems team will be your team, you will often be working across the business, working cross-functionally with leaders and teams throughout the organization to solve messy problems, set up new processes, capture data, action upon it, and enable others to do the same. The day-to-day could look like:

<li>Own operational projects end-to-end, from Definition, Solution, to Implementation. You will often be handed ambiguous problems with little prescription on how to solve them.</li>
<li>Execute analyses on short-timelines to get answers quickly, while also owning more scalable solutions that will make Intelligence Systems successful in the long term.</li>
<li>Project manage across many stakeholders. If you don't like being the person leading meetings with large groups of people or managing large comms channels to wrangle stakeholders towards a solution, this may not be the role for you.</li>
<li>Work across functions and learn Anduril's business top-to-bottom. You will interact with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, HR, Recruiting, Growth, and more. The Operations team is one of the most cross-functional teams at Anduril.</li>
<li>Set up structures and processes that enable the Division to scale our people and physical footprint, while ensuring mature programs are operating at peak efficiency and impact.</li>
</ul>
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Up to 2 years of previous experience (including internships) in management consulting, internal strategy &amp; operations, or a business analyst role, to include internships, and able to start full time in 2027.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with comfort translating operational problems into data-driven solutions.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership or large cross-functional groups.</li>
<li>A desire to work on operations that have real-world impact on national security.</li>
<li style="font-weight: bold;">Must be a U.S. Person who with the ability to obtain and hold a US Top Secret clearance</li>
</ul>

<li>Already have obtained a U.S. Top Secret security clearance</li>
<li>Have a bias for action. If you see a problem, you want to solve and fix it.</li>
<li>Be naturally curious about the technologies and tools you use.</li>
