<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">As People Operations Coordinator, you'll own the day-to-day systems that keep our team running, such as onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, and the events that bring our people together. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who is excited to grow their career in People Operations, are both detail-obsessed and comfortable building process where none exists yet, and are highly organized. <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Own the onboarding and offboarding experience end-to-end, from offer acceptance through first-week ramp and, when needed, exit logistics</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and day-to-day employee questions</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in our HRIS, ensuring data integrity across systems</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Plan and execute company events and culture initiatives, managing logistics from budget to execution</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, exercising sound judgment with confidential and sensitive information</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Identify gaps in existing People Ops processes and build or improve them — this role has real latitude to fix what's broken</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Support compliance-related recordkeeping and documentation as our team scales</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Finance, and department leads to keep People processes running smoothly amid multiple, competing priorities</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">1+ years of administrative experience, including internships or part-time work</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Highly organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion</li>

<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience in a startup or other fast-paced, resource-constrained environment</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Project management experience or exposure to process improvement work</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience navigating ambiguity and building process from scratch</li>
</ul>

<p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">The hourly rate for this role is <strong>$32.00 to $40.00/hr</strong><br><br>Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors. In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.</p>
