<p><strong>About our Summer Internship Program</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">RF-SMART's Summer Internship Program gives you real work, real responsibility, and direct access to leaders across the organization. This is a 12-week, full-time experience—not a resume line item, but a launchpad.</span><br><br><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As an Operational Excellence Intern you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the Operational Excellence, Professional Services, and Customer Success and Support initiatives.</span></p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<p>Alongside your project work, approximately 5–6 hours each week are built into your schedule for structured development. These two tracks run simultaneously.</p>
<p><strong><u>Role Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>

<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship</li>
<li>Considered a Junior or Senior by credit hours</li>
<li>Available to work 40 hours per week in-office</li>
<li>Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship</li>
</ul>

<li>Duration: May 10, 2027 – July 30, 2027 (12 weeks)</li>
<li>Hours: 40 hours per week</li>
<li>Pay: $25/hour</li>
<li>Location: Jacksonville, FL</li>
<li>Open to undergraduate students, graduate students, and May/Spring graduates</li>
