TrackingMore R&D Trainee - Full-Stack Engineer (Backend) - Bilingual Mandarin

Job description

About CWILL

CWILL (pronounced 'quill') is a post-purchase and retention suite built for Shopify brands. Reduce support tickets, recover lost revenue from returns, and turn one-time buyers into loyal fans — with tools purpose-built for every touchpoint that follows the sale.

About the Role

TrackingMore is CWILL's shipment tracking platform and API, tracking parcels across 1,600+ carriers for e-commerce brands, 3PLs and developers worldwide.

Customer issues, production bug fixes and data support for enterprise customers take up a full engineer's time today. As an R&D Trainee, you'll own much of this work, learning our systems from the inside, while growing into a full-stack engineer.
