As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at TD SYNNEX, you’ll be on the front lines of growth—identifying, qualifying, and developing leads that connect innovative technology companies with government organizations. Generate Leads: Drive outbound call campaigns to uncover new business opportunities for leading technology companies.
Prospect & Qualify: Identify decision-makers, set appointments, and confirm meetings between technology vendors and government customers.
Collaborate & Connect: Build strong relationships with technology company representatives, channel partners, and public sector clients to expand our network.
Track & Document: Maintain accurate records of calls, activities, and interactions in our CRM system (SMaRT) and link opportunities appropriately.
Follow Processes: Execute DLT Lead Pass documentation and submission procedures with precision.
Achieve Goals: Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs.
Adapt & Contribute: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience.
0–2 years of experience in sales or a business environment.
Internship experience in business or marketing preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook is a plus.
Experience selling technology products or services and/or working with public sector clients is a bonus.
Strong communication skills, resilience, and a growth mindset.

Compensation: Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer. Hiring Salary Range $57,800 - $72,200.
