<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Astera Labs is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst Intern to support analysis and improvement of supply chain processes in a fast-moving semiconductor environment. You will work with cross-functional partners to turn supply chain data into clear insights, help investigate operational questions, and contribute to projects that improve visibility, planning, execution, and decision-making across the flow of materials and products.</p>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analyses that help partners understand performance and make informed decisions.</p>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Support projects related to procurement, planning, inventory, materials, manufacturing, packaging, and delivery as business needs evolve.</p>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Gather requirements, document findings, and communicate recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.</p>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Validate data, investigate discrepancies, and ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and usable.</p>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Take ownership of defined workstreams, manage milestones, and follow through from planning through delivery.</p>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Interest in supply chain operations, data analysis, process improvement, and the semiconductor industry.</p>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Ability to organize information, work carefully with data, and learn new tools and processes quickly.</p>

<h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Internship experience and compensation</h2>
<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">This is a paid, hourly U.S. internship. The applicable hourly rate is determined as part of the offer process and specified in the offer letter, depending on education level ranges form $35/hour to $55/hour. U.S. interns currently receive a $500-per-week housing/relocation stipend for the duration of the internship. Interns participate in Early Career programming, including technical and professional-development sessions, community events, and an end-of-program project presentation.</p>
