<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">As a Product Marketing Intern, you will work with product line management and cross-functional partners to understand customer needs, translate technical concepts into clear product and solution messaging, and support go-to-market execution. You will gain hands-on experience across the product life cycle while contributing to work that connects Astera Labs’ connectivity solutions with the needs of hyperscale customers and modern AI infrastructure.</p>
<h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What you’ll do</h2>
<ul class="wnfdntf">
<li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w">
<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Learn how hyperscale customers use PCIe, CXL, and Ethernet connectivity solutions to build cloud and AI infrastructure, and develop an understanding of customer use cases and challenges.</p>
</li>
<li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w">
<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Partner with product line management, Marketing, Sales, Applications, Field Applications Engineering, Program Management, Firmware, and Product Applications teams to drive solutions and outcomes for customers.</p>
</li>
<li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w">
<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Develop sales-enablement collateral, product messaging, marketing slides, and other materials that communicate product value to technical and business audiences.</p>
</li>
<li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w">
<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Support go-to-market strategies, product positioning, industry events, web and social campaigns, and other marketing programs.</p>
</li>
<li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w">
<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Conduct competitive and market analysis, synthesize technical and business information, and help develop business cases.</p>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Support product trainings, demos, launch work, and demo messaging as assigned.</p>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Gather stakeholder input, set clear timelines, track deliverables, communicate progress, and keep work moving independently.</p>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Present findings, roadmaps, messaging, and project outcomes to cross-functional audiences.</p>

<h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What you bring</h2>
<ul class="wnfdntf">
<li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w">
<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field, with an interest in product marketing, product management, semiconductors, or AI infrastructure.</p>
</li>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear presentations and explain complex ideas.</p>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable taking ownership of deliverables.</p>
</li>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.</p>

<h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Preferred experience</h2>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Familiarity with semiconductors, hardware and software solutions, or data-center cloud and AI infrastructure.</p>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Familiarity with PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, or related connectivity use cases.</p>

<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Experience with competitive research, market analysis, business analysis, sales enablement, product messaging, or presentation development.</p>

<h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Internship experience and compensation</h2>
<p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">This is a paid, hourly U.S. internship. The applicable hourly rate is determined as part of the offer process and specified in the offer letter, depending on education level ranges form $35/hour to $55/hour. U.S. interns currently receive a $500-per-week housing/relocation stipend for the duration of the internship. Interns participate in Early Career programming, including technical and professional-development sessions, community events, and an end-of-program project presentation.</p>
