<p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Astera Labs is looking for a motivated intern to join the Business Acceleration team and help turn important customer, product, and business priorities into coordinated action. This is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing complex work, asking thoughtful questions, and learning how a semiconductor business operates.</p>
<p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">You will work with partners across Sales, Product, Engineering, Field Applications, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams. With mentorship and guidance, you will help organize cross-functional initiatives, maintain action plans, prepare updates, and support projects that improve execution and business visibility.</p>

<h2 class="wnfdntn wnfdntm _1ibi0s35e _1ibi0s36a">Internship experience and compensation</h2>
<p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">This is a paid, hourly U.S. internship. The applicable hourly rate is determined as part of the offer process and specified in the offer letter, depending on education level ranges from $38/hour to $46/hour.</p>
<p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">U.S. interns currently receive a $500-per-week housing/relocation stipend for the duration of the internship.</p>
<p class="wnfdnt10 _1ibi0s3fd _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3eg">Interns participate in Early Career programming, including technical and professional-development sessions, community events, and an end-of-program project presentation.</p>
